What happens next?:

• All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by two reviewers in a blind-review process. Abstracts can be accepted for either oral or poster presentation at SWC 2025 or can be rejected. All authors will be informed of the outcome of their abstract review and next steps via mailing.
• In advance of the event, accepted abstracts will be published in the internal conference area accessible to registered conference attendees. This allows attendees to prepare for attending the conference by familiarizing themselves with your work. Please keep in mind that the abstract you submit will be the abstract the attendees will be provided with and make sure to adhere to the abstract template.

Important note: 

There is no limit on the number of abstracts you can submitt for review. However, a maximum of two papers can be presented per registered author at the congress. If your research group would like to present more than two papers, your co-authors need to register in addition.
